Abstract:
Pre-splitting blasting roof cutting retaining roadway technology is an important means to achieve efficient mining in coal mining. The effect of roof cutting directly affects the safety and stability of the retaining roadway, and the surrounding rock condition and control technology at the open-off cut roadway also have their differences. In view of this, this paper analyzes the differences between the traditional way of retaining roadway and roof cutting retaining roadway from the perspective of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, aiming at the related problems of roof cutting retaining roadway in the open-off cut roadway of 13402 working face of Zhujixi Coal Mine, and expounds the superiority of roof cutting retaining roadway technology. According to the field situation, the surrounding rock control scheme of “anchor cable reinforcement support+blasting roof cutting” for the roof of the open-off cut roadway, “anchor cable strong support” for the solid coal side, and “U-shaped steel+gangue support protection+anchor reinforcement” for the goaf side is proposed, and the parameters of anchor cable, blasting depth and angle, charging structure and other parameters are designed. After the implementation of the scheme, the effect of retaining roadway in the open-off cut roadway is good. After the stability, the roof subsidence of the retaining roadway is about 225 mm, and the deformation of the solid coal side is about 150 mm, which ensures the safe mining of the lower working face.
