水玻璃-膨胀剂-粉煤灰水泥基复合注浆材料研发与试验

    Research and test of sodium silicate-expansion agent-fly ash cement-based composite grouting material

    • 摘要: 目前,纯水泥注浆材料已不能满足深部过巷道断层破碎岩体注浆加固的实际需求,因此,通过添加水玻璃、膨胀剂和粉煤灰等外掺剂对普通硅酸盐水泥浆液进行改性以获得能够满足现场实际需求的高性能复合浆液,采用正交试验方法和矩阵分析法分析其宏观性能的变化规律和复合浆液的最优配比,并利用XRD和SEM对其微观结构做进一步分析。研究结果表明:水玻璃、膨胀剂和粉煤灰三者共同作用可有效增强水泥浆液的各方面性能。水玻璃对所研究浆液的基本性能都有显著影响,提高水玻璃掺量可有效缩短浆液凝结时间,但掺量过多会导致浆液水化反应不充分,降低浆液流动度和结石体抗压强度;膨胀剂主要对浆液结石率影响较大;粉煤灰对浆液流动度有促进作用,对其他性能的影响较小;利用矩阵分析法得出浆液最优配比:水灰比0.8,水玻璃掺量2%,膨胀剂掺量4%,粉煤灰掺量5%;水玻璃和膨胀剂与Ca(OH)2反应生成大量C-S-H凝胶与AFt晶体填充内部孔隙,在水化反应后期,粉煤灰发生火山灰反应生成更多C-S-H凝胶覆盖在水泥颗粒表面,进一步提高复合浆液的力学性能。

       

      Abstract: At present, the pure cement grouting material can no longer meet the actual needs of grouting reinforcement of fractured rock mass in deep roadways. Therefore, the pure cement slurry is modified by adding sodium silicate, expansion agent and fly ash to obtain a high-performance composite slurry that can meet the actual needs of the site. The orthogonal test method and matrix analysis method are used to analyze the change law of its macro performance and the optimal ratio of the composite slurry, and the microstructure is further analyzed by XRD and SEM. The research results show that the combined action of sodium silicate, expansion agent and fly ash can effectively enhance the performance of cement slurry in all aspects. Sodium silicate has a significant effect on the basic properties of the slurry studied, increasing the amount of sodium silicate can effectively shorten the slurry setting time, but too much will cause the hydration reaction of the slurry to be insufficient, reducing the fluidity of the slurry and the compressive strength of the stone body ; the expansion agent mainly has a great influence on the slurry stone rate ; the fly ash has a promoting effect on the fluidity of the slurry, and has little effect on other properties. By using the matrix analysis method, the optimal ratio of slurry is obtained: water cement ratio is 0.8, sodium silicate content is 2%, expansion agent content is 4%, fly ash content is 5%; sodium silicate and expansive agent react with Ca(OH)2 to form a large amount of C-S-H gel and AFt crystal to fill the internal pores. In the later stage of hydration reaction, fly ash reacts with pozzolanic reaction to form more C-S-H gel covering the surface of cement particles, which further improves the mechanical properties of composite slurry.
