    • 摘要: 浮选法是有色金属选矿中最重要的选矿方法之一,涵盖了目前国内90%以上的选矿厂。为了进一步分离矿石元素,需要添加多种药剂使矿浆发生化学物理反应来进一步提升选矿效率。因此,如何精准、定量、稳定、自动、无害的添加药剂成为了难题。当前浮选加药机种类很多,比如注射泵、电磁阀、隔膜式计量泵等。注射泵加药机存在误差较大、使用方法不够人性化等问题;电磁阀加药机存在管道易堵塞、安装位置与加药点有一定高差,安装条件苛刻等问题;隔膜式计量泵形式存在标定频繁、易损件多使用及维护成本较高问题。基于以上问题,矿冶科技集团有限公司最新设计研发了一款基于多频磁驱动泵的新型加药机,已经在某选矿厂现场完成了工业试验并投入使用。多频磁驱动加药机基于漩涡加药原理,搭载算法,可实现免标定;基于PID,流量自动校正,稳定可靠;无常规易损件;配备过滤装置,可自动过滤杂质;人性化人机交互界面,简单易上手;自动化程度高,维护量小;可通过PLC实现上位机远程监控;使用维护成本低,可为选矿厂带来可观的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: Flotation is one of the most important methods in non-ferrous metal beneficiation, covering more than 90% of domestic beneficiation plants. In order to further separate ore elements, it is necessary to add various reagents to cause chemical and physical reactions in the slurry to further improve the beneficiation efficiency. At present, how to accurately, quantitatively, stably, automatically and harmlessly add agents has become a requirement for factory selection. At present, there are many kinds of flotation dosing machines, such as injection pumps, electromagnetic valves, diaphragm metering pumps and so on. The injection pump dosing machine has the problems of large error and not humanized use method. Electromagnetic valve dosing machine has the problems of easy to plug the pipeline, a certain height difference between the installation position and the dosing point, and harsh installation conditions. The diaphragm metering pump also has some problems such as frequent calibration, multiple use of wearing parts and high maintenance cost. Based on the above background conditions, BGRIMM Technology Group has recently designed and developed a new dosing machine based on multi-frequency magnetic drive pump, which has completed industrial tests and been put into use in a selection plant. Multi-frequency magnetic drive dosing machine is based on vortex dosing principle and equipped with algorithm, which can realize calibration-free. Based on PID, automatic flow correction, stable and reliable. No conventional wearing parts. Equipped with filter device, can automatically filter impurities. User-friendly human-machine interface, easy to use. High degree of automation, small maintenance. Remote monitoring can be realized by PLC. Low maintenance cost. Multi-frequency magnetic drive dosing machine can bring considerable economic benefits for the selection of plants.
