    Optimization of operation model of jigging machine in coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 本文介绍了跳汰机生产精煤过程的特性和参数。通过跳汰机的操作技术和流体力学参数,评估了跳汰机产品的产量和灰分含量;通过改变处理量和水量进行实验,选定和分析的变量被分为两类:一类与生产的精煤特性相关,另一类与跳汰机操作特性相关。基于精煤产量和精煤中的灰分含量构建了模型。此外,根据跳汰机处理量、煤量、精煤质量和精煤量,以及跳汰机操作的准确性等变量进行了多参数分析。模型考虑了两个主要参数,检验其对选煤效果的影响程度。本文提出的跳汰机操作建模方法可以通过其他参数扩展应用于其他型号的跳汰机。

       

      Abstract: This paper introduces the characteristics and parameters of the clean coal production process by jigging machines. Through the operation technology of jigging machines and the fluid mechanics parameters, the yield and ash content of the product are evaluated. Experiments are conducted by changing the throughput and water volume. The selected and analyzed variables are divided into two categories: one related to the characteristics of the produced clean coal, and the other related to the operating characteristics of the jigging machine. A model is constructed based on the yield of clean coal and the ash content in the clean coal. Furthermore, a multi-parameter analysis is conducted based on variables such as the throughput of the jigging machine, the coal amount, the quality and quantity of clean coal, and the accuracy of the operation of jigging machine. The model considered two main parameters to examine their impact on the coal preparation effect. The operation model of jigging machine proposed in this paper can be expanded through other parameters and applied in other types of jigging machines.
