战略性矿产资源安全评价方法研究分析

    Analysis of safety assessment and supply risk of strategic mineral resources

    • 摘要: 战略性矿产是具有重要经济性,同时又存在供应风险且在国际上占据优势的矿产资源,各国对其的研究越来越受到重视。战略性矿产资源清单是其研究的一个重要组成部分。战略性矿产资源的安全评价方法主要有层次分析法(AHP)、模糊综合评价法、主成分分析法、熵权法、PSR模型等,而最近已经有学者在利用深度学习对战略性矿产资源安全评价开展研究,同时也有学者提出,应注意AI将自己变成研究人员“玩弄”数据和参数的工具。

       

      Abstract: The study of strategic minerals, which are mineral resources of economic importance and at the same time of supply risk and international dominance, is receiving increasing attention from states. The inventory of strategic mineral resources is an important part of its research. The safety evaluation methods of strategic mineral resources mainly include hierarchical analysis method(AHP), fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, principal component analysis method, entropy weight method, PSR model, etc. Recently, there are scholars who have been using deep learning to carry out research on the safety evaluation of strategic mineral resources, and at the same time there are scholars who have proposed to pay attention to the fact that AI will turn itself into a tool for researchers to “play with” data and parameters. AI turns itself into a tool for researchers to “play with data and parameters”.
