南方某石灰石矿矿坑涌水治理效果评价

    Evaluation of water inrush control effect of a limestone mine in South China

    • 摘要: 岩溶地区露天采坑涌水问题严重影响矿山正常生产,给矿山企业带了巨大的经济负担,且破坏生态环境,并可能引发灾害或造成生产安全事故。目前,帷幕注浆技术越来越多的运用于岩溶地区矿山防治水工程,以南方某石灰石矿矿坑涌水治理工程为例,基于矿山的基本情况和涌水情况,通过在采坑边界分步实施帷幕注浆防渗体系达到治理目标,根据工程实施情况,提出了评价内容、评价标准和评价方法,分别对帷幕墙体质量和堵水效果进行了详细的评价,治理效果显著。

       

      Abstract: The problem of water inrush from open pit in karst area seriously affects the normal production of mines, which not only brings huge economic burden to mining enterprises, but also destroys the ecological environment, and may cause disasters or production safety accidents. Curtain grouting technology is now more and more used in mine water prevention and control projects in karst areas. Taking the water inrush control project of a limestone mine in South China as an example, based on the basic situation and water inrush situation of the mine, the curtain grouting seepage control system is implemented step by step at the mining pit boundary to achieve the control goal. According to the project implementation, the evaluation content, evaluation standard and evaluation method are put forward, and the curtain wall quality and water plugging effect are evaluated in detail respectively, and the control effect is remarkable.
