基于AI+3D技术的智能皮带分析和预警系统应用研究

    • 摘要: 根据煤炭行业智能化建设需求,本文以神东煤炭保德煤矿为研究区,以推进矿井建设“5G+工业互联网”无人化矿井关键技术研发与工程为背景,通过对保德煤矿主运输系统皮带现有设备进行自主化智能改造设计,现场应用实践证明,该智能皮带系统提高了保德煤矿主运输系统的安全性和效率,基本实现主运系统的智能化和无人化。该系统采用先进的边缘计算技术,通过云边协同、管控一体化策略,实现了高效的数据处理和智能决策支持,系统能够精确测量煤流体积、识别煤流中的异物和大块煤、监测皮带的跑偏情况。通过此系统,保德煤矿在主运输系统方面展示了煤炭行业智能化的新模式,现场应用证明了该系统的实际应用价值,可有效推动行业安全生产和高效管理的进步。

       

      Abstract: According to the demand for intelligent construction of the coal industry, this paper takes Baode Coal Mine of Shendong Coal Mine as the research area, and takes the key technology research and development and engineering of promoting the mine construction of “5G+Industrial Internet” unmanned mine as the background. Through the independent intelligent transformation design of the existing equipment of the main transportation system belt of Baode Coal Mine, the field application practice has proved that the intelligent belt system has improved the safety and efficiency of the main transportation system of Baode Coal Mine, and basically realized the intellectualization and unmanned of the main transportation system. The system uses advanced edge computing technology, through cloud edge collaboration and management and control integration strategy, to achieve efficient data processing and intelligent decision support. The system can accurately measure the volume of coal flow, identify foreign obiect and large pieces of coal in the coal flow, and monitor the belt deviation. Through this system, Baode Coal Mine has demonstrated a new intelligent model in the main transportation system of the coal industry. The on-site application has proven the practical application value of the system, which can effectively promote the progress of industry safety production and efficient management.
