大采高工作面回撤通道破碎顶板注浆改性控制技术研究

    Grouting modification control technology for broken roof in the retreat channel of the large mining height working face

    • 摘要: 为解决强采动大断面回撤通道破碎顶板稳定控制难题,以小保当一号煤矿112203工作面回撤通道为工程背景,综合采用现场调研、数值计算和工业性试验的方法,分析了初始渗透系数、注浆压力、注浆时间对注浆浆液扩散半径的影响规律,确定了112203工作面回撤通道注浆改性关键参数:注浆材料选择煤矿加固煤岩体用硅酸盐改性聚氨酯材料、注浆压力15 MPa、注浆时间20~30 min,给出了包括工作面端头、回风顺槽和主回撤通道三部分的分区域注浆改性技术方案。现场监测结果表明:注浆改性后各区域顶板完整性较好、未发生冒顶,112203主回撤通道顶板下沉得到有效控制。

       

      Abstract: To control the stability of the broken roof in the retreat channel with large section under strong mining, taking the retreat channel of the 112203 working face of Xiaobaodang No.1 Coal Mine as the project background, we comprehensively adopted the methods of on-site research, numerical calculations and industrial experiments, and analyzed the influences of the initial permeability coefficient, the grouting pressure, and the grouting time on the radius of the grouting slurry dispersion. The key parameters of grouting modification for the retreat channel of 112203 working face was determined: the grouting material is silicate-modified polyurethane material for coal mine reinforced coal rock body, the grouting pressure is 15 MPa, the grouting time is 20-30 minutes. The technical scheme of grouting modification for three parts, including the end of the working face, the air-return roadway, and the main retreat channel, has been proposed. On-site monitoring results show that the integrity of the roof in each part is better after the grouting modification without roof caving, and the roof sink of the 112203 main retreat channel has been effectively controlled.
