Abstract:
The application of UAV mapping technology in monitoring geological subsidence of coastal mineral zones demonstrates significant potential and benefits. This paper provides a detailed analysis of UAV applications in coastal mineral areas, coupled with high-precision sensor data, effectively monitoring coastal geological subsidence. Research results indicate that UAV technology can provide rapid and accurate surveying data, crucial for preventing and mitigating coastal geological hazards, planning mineral zone development, and assessing coastal port infrastructure safety. Furthermore, through data processing of photography and LiDAR equipment mounted on UAV, this paper showcases the application effectiveness of UAV mapping in generating topographic maps and analyzing subsidence trends. Finally, the paper discusses the future development directions of this technology in geological monitoring and how technological innovation can address existing challenges.
