非煤矿山双重预防机制宏观模型研究

    Study on macro-level model for dual prevention mechanism in non-coal mines

    • 摘要: 本文通过研究安全系统管理内涵和基本特征,提出基于系统安全理论的非煤矿山双重预防机制全生命周期基本要素,运用系统科学建模方法,构建非煤矿山双重预防机制架构和PDCA动态循环运行模型。经过实例验证,具有实际应用意义,对我国非煤矿山安全生产特别是遏制重特大事故的发生具有一定的指导作用。

       

      Abstract: By studying the essence and basic characteristics of safety system management, the paper proposes the fundamental elements of a dual prevention mechanism for non-coal mines based on system safety theory throughout its lifecycle. Furthermore, applies system science modeling methods to construct the architecture of the dual prevention mechanism for non-coal mines, and the PDCA dynamic cycle operation model. After instance verification, it holds practical significance and plays a certain guiding role in the safety production of non-coal mines in China, especially in effectively curbing the occurrence of major accidents.
