Abstract:
Wuxu Mining Field in Guangxi has superior metallogenic geological background and conditions, and is an ideal area for searching for lead, zinc, antimony, and other polymetallic ores. To determine the distribution of polymetallic mineral resources in the area and its metallogenic mode, this paper takes Wuxu Mining Field in Guangxi as the research object. Based on the geological characteristics of the ore deposits in the study area, it carries out fine inversion and analysis of the data of gravity, magnetic survey, controlled-source audio geodetic electromagnetic bathymetry, and geochemical surveys in the study area, study the corresponding relationship between the ore-bearing geological bodies and the physical exploration anomalies, obtain the information of physical exploration anomalies in the deep part of the mining area and the periphery, and further study the deep mineralization mode, and preliminarily determine that the mining deposits are of the type of medium-low-temperature hydrothermal-filled veins. On this basis, this paper has systematically summarized the mining exploration signs of the deposits in the study area, constructed a mining exploration model with comprehensive information on geological-physical-chemical exploration and measurement of polymetallic mines in the mining field, and identified seven mining exploration target areas with high mineralization potential. The study results are expected to provide important references for the prospecting, exploring, and evaluating polymetallic deposits in the Wuxu Mining Field and peripheral deposits of the same type.
