Abstract:
The Chuntang Mining Area in Cenxi City, Guangxi is located in the western flank of the Fozichong dorsal slope, and the whole mining area has a large potential for finding ore. This time, controlled-source audio geomagnetic bathymetry (CSAMT) is used to carry out the deep exploration work. Combining the characteristics of the known ore bodies in the mine area, the metallogenic model and the results of rock electrical measurements, it was determined that the low-resistance, medium-high polarization feature is a geophysical sign indicating the existence of mineralization or ore-controlling structures. The CSAMT survey has established the corresponding geological-geophysical electrical mineral search model by combining the previous geological exploration data, verified the reliability of the CSAMT survey results through the drilling project, and deduced that the three anomalies are related to mineralization, and that the anomalies have spatial continuity, extend to the north and south, and the spatial scope has a large potential for prospecting, which is worthwhile to carry out further prospecting work.
