    The integrated automation system and its application for 350 kt/a zinc melting and casting production line

    • 摘要: 根据某冶炼厂年产35万t两条锌熔铸生产线总体设计和工程项目建设,在生产线装备设计制造基础上,通过综合自动化与信息化技术,实现锌熔铸流程生产设备以及过程参数的实时在线监测与流程自动化,开发一套管控一体化的综合自动化系统,提升锌熔铸装备及生产水平,提质降本。本文从熔铸生产线控制系统、视频监控系统和三维可视化系统等几个方面进行阐述,为同类锌熔铸生产线综合自动化系统建设提供参考。

       

      Abstract: According to a smelter with an annual output of 350 000 tons of overall design and project construction of two zinc melting and casting production lines, in the production line equipment design and manufacturing based on comprehensive automation and information technology, it realizes the production equipment of zinc melting and casting process as well as real-time on-line monitoring of process parameters and process automation, the development of a set of management and control integration of the integrated automation system, enhance the zinc melting and casting equipment and production level, improve the quality of cost reduction. This paper elaborates on several aspects such as the casting production line control system, video monitoring system and three-dimensional visualization system to provide a reference for the construction of an integrated automation system for similar zinc melting and casting production line.
