顺槽开口掘进施工优化设计

    Optimal design of excavation construction along channel opening

    • 摘要: 中国能源消费日益增长,煤炭作为主要能源之一,在能源供应中扮演着重要角色。本文针对保德煤矿的实际情况,探讨了如何优化顺槽开口掘进工艺,提高生产效率和安全性。通过对现有掘进工艺的分析,指出传统施工方案存在的问题,如巷道坡度起伏大、绕道施工周期长、大巷占用时间过长等。针对这些问题,提出了优化设计方案,包括调整巷道方位与角度、缩短绕道施工时间、减少大巷占用时间、避免串联通风等措施。通过优化设计方案,实现了巷道层位管理的优化、绕道施工周期的缩短、大巷占用时间的减少和通风系统的优化,从而提高了生产效率和经济效益。优化后的方案不仅提高了煤矿生产效率,也减少了人工成本和设备损耗,对于保障能源稳定供应、推动国民经济快速发展具有积极意义。

       

      Abstract: China’s energy consumption is growing, and coal, as one of the main energy sources, plays an important role in energy supply. According to the actual situation of Baode Coal Mine, this paper discusses how to optimize the opening driving process of the channel and improve the production efficiency and safety. Through the analysis of the existing driving technology, the existing problems of the traditional construction scheme are pointed out, such as large slope fluctuation of the roadway, long construction period of the bypass, and too long occupation time of the main roadway. To solve these problems, the optimal design scheme is put forward, including adjusting the orientation and angle of roadway, shortening the construction time of bypass, reducing the occupation time of main roadway, avoiding series ventilation and so on. Through the optimal design scheme, the tunnel level management is optimized, the bypass construction period is shortened, the main lane occupation time is reduced and the ventilation system is optimized, thus improving the production efficiency and economic benefits. The optimized scheme not only improves the production efficiency of coal mines, but also reduces the labor cost and equipment loss, which has positive significance for ensuring the stable supply of energy and promoting the rapid development of national economy.
