    • 摘要: 某选矿厂采用两段一闭路破碎+高压辊磨机+球磨机碎磨工艺流程,存在工艺流程长、设备多、工作环境复杂等特点。在实际生产过程中,无论是中细碎给矿控制,还是高压辊磨机自动控制,以及粉矿仓布料过程都需要人工在现场进行操作,破碎过程环境恶劣,粉尘和噪音等污染威胁操作人员的身体健康。针对上述问题,设计建设完成一套技术装备先进、自动化程度高、运行稳定可靠的碎磨智能控制系统来实现破碎处理量一键设定,破碎生产设备全要素智能调节,中细碎和高压辊磨联动,自动稳定生产指标的目标,有效保证工艺的稳定性及生产指标大幅提升,并有效配置人员优化、改善工作环境、降低职工劳动强度及减少职业健康危害。

       

      Abstract: The technological process of two-stage-one closed circuit crushing + high pressure roller mill + ball mill crushing is applied in a concentrator, which has the characteristics of long process flow, many equipment and complex working environment. In the actual production process, whether it is fine ore feeding control, or high-pressure roller mill automatic control, as well as powder ore bin distribution process needs manual operation in the field, crushing process environment is bad, dust and noise pollution threaten the health of operators. Aiming at the above problems, an intelligent grinding control system with advanced technology and equipment, high automation and stable and reliable operation is designed and constructed to realize one-button setting of crushing capacity, intelligent adjustment of the whole factors of crushing production equipment, linkage of medium-fine crushing and high-pressure roller mill, automatic stabilization of production targets, effective guarantee of process stability and production targets greatly improved, and effectively optimize the allocation of personnel, improve the working environment, reduce labor intensity and reduce occupational health hazards.
