Abstract:
This paper takes the new generation of dual plate and dual station high-efficiency automatic zinc stripping machine as the research object, and conducts in-depth research on the problem of cathode plate swing during the loading mechanism carrying cathode plates. A distributed braking technology based on PLC control for the loading mechanism of the automatic zinc stripping machine is proposed, which effectively suppresses the swing of the cathode plate. Simulation analysis and experimental verification are conducted, and the results show that using the stepwise braking technology, the braking time of the feeding mechanism is reduced by 36.8%, the braking distance is reduced by 41.5%, and the fast, efficient, and stable transportation of cathode plates by the feeding mechanism is achieved. The failure rate of the zinc stripping machine hanging the cathode plate due to excessive swing of the cathode plate is reduced, and the efficiency of the zinc stripping system was greatly improved.
