西藏玉龙铜矿斑岩型铜矿浮选药剂优化试验研究

    Experimental study on optimization of flotation reagents for porphyry copper ore of Yulong Copper Mine in Tibet

    • 摘要: 玉龙铜矿斑岩型矿石含铜0.73%、钼0.044%,其中铜矿物主要为辉铜矿和黄铜矿,钼矿物主要为辉钼矿,脉石矿物主要为石英。现场采用“钼铜快浮选-铜强化浮选-合并精选”工艺,原药剂制度条件下闭路试验可以获得铜钼品位分别为22.67%和1.360%、铜钼回收率分别为85.07%和81.74%的精矿。为了进一步提高铜钼的回收率,在流程结构不变的情况下对斑岩矿石的药剂制度进行了优化研究。研究结果表明,钼铜快浮选采用BK404C和BK345作捕收剂可保障钼回收的同时,还能尽可能使铜得到回收;铜强化浮选采用BK404B和BK404C作捕收剂可强化在钼铜快浮选作业未能上浮的铜得到回收。优化后的药剂制度闭路试验可以获得铜钼品位分别为23.27%和1.340%、铜钼回收率分别为87.14%和82.24%的精矿,达到了提高铜钼回收率的目的。

       

      Abstract: The porphyry type ore of Yulong Copper Mine contains 0.73% copper and 0.044% molybdenum, among which copper minerals are mainly chalcopyrite and chalcopyrite, molybdenum minerals are mainly molybdenite, and gangue minerals are mainly quartz. On site, the “molybdenum and copper instant flotation-copper enhanced flotation-combined separation” is adopted. Under the condition of the original reagent system, the concentrate with copper and molybdenum grade of 22.67% and 1.360% and recovery of copper and molybdenum of 85.07% and 81.74% can be obtained by closed circuit test. In order to further improve the recovery of copper and molybdenum, the reagent system of porphyry ore is optimized without changing the process structure. The research results show that using BK404C and BK345 as collectors in molybdenum copper instant flotation can ensure the recovery of molybdenum, while also maximizing the recovery of copper; The use of BK404B and BK404C as collectors in copper enhanced flotation can enhance the recovery of copper that failed to float in molybdenum copper instant flotation operations. The concentrate with copper and molybdenum grade of 23.27% and 1.340% and the recovery of copper and molybdenum of 87.14% and 82.24% can be obtained by the closed circuit test of the optimized reagent system, which achieves the goal of improving copper molybdenum recovery.
