国内某大型钼矿PG6089旋回破碎机衬板优化研究与应用

    Research and application of optimization of PG6089 rotary crusher liner in a large molybdenum mine in China

    • 摘要: 随着现代工业对设备效率和可靠性要求的不断提高,旋回衬板的优化设计成为提升机械装备性能的关键。本文围绕旋回衬板的优化设计进行深入研究,旨在通过衬板轮廓优化与材料选择,提高其工作效率及使用寿命。首先分析了旋回衬板的工作机理和失效模式,基于此提出了一套完整的优化设计方案。采用有限元分析方法对设计方案进行模拟验证,并通过实际工况测试来评估优化效果。结果表明,优化后的旋回衬板在耐磨性、抗冲击性和工作稳定性等方面均有显著提升。本文的研究成果为旋回衬板的工程应用提供了理论依据和实践指导。

       

      Abstract: With the continuous improvement of equipment efficiency and reliability requirements in modern industry, the optimal design of rotary crusher liner has become the key element to improve the performance of mechanical equipment. This paper focuses on the optimization design of the rotary crusher liner, aiming to improve its working efficiency and service life through the optimization of the liner profile and material selection. Firstly, the working mechanism and failure mode of the rotary crusher liner are analyzed, based on which a complete set of optimal design scheme is proposed. The finite element analysis method is used to simulate and verify the design scheme, and the optimization effect is evaluated through the actual working condition test. The results show that the wear resistance, impact resistance and working stability of the optimized rotary crusher liners have been significantly improved. The research results provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the engineering application of rotary crusher liner.
