煤炭企业绿色技术创新对环境绩效的影响研究:基于数字化转型的调节效应

    Research on the impact of green technology innovation in coal enterprises on environmental performance: based on the moderating effect of digital transformation

    • 摘要: 绿色技术创新被视为推动产业转型升级的重要途径,对提升环境绩效、促进可持续发展具有重要意义。为了探究绿色技术创新对环境绩效的影响效应,本文以2013—2023年A股上市煤炭企业作为研究对象,通过建立计量模型分析煤炭企业绿色技术创新对其环境绩效的影响,并进一步借助调节效应模型探究数字化转型在煤炭企业绿色技术创新对其环境绩效影响的作用。研究结果表明:煤炭企业积极开展绿色技术创新能够提升企业环境绩效,但这一作用效应存在一定滞后性,绿色技术创新短期内并未提升企业环境绩效,而长期来看促进作用显著。数字化转型显著推动了煤炭企业绿色技术创新的应用与发展,进而有效提升了其环境绩效。这主要体现在数字化转型不仅能够优化决策过程、促进资源的高效配置与利用,同时还加速了创新过程的迭代,为绿色技术的研发与应用提供了有力支持,从而进一步促进了绿色技术创新对环境绩效的积极影响。异质性结果表明,国有企业及实施多元化战略的煤炭企业,推动绿色技术创新与数字化转型的效果更为明显。与此同时,处于营商环境优越且作为创新型试点城市的大型煤炭企业,更有条件积极开展绿色技术创新与数字化转型,显著提升环境绩效。研究结论为我国煤炭企业高质量发展提供了必要的理论补充与重要的实践启示。

       

      Abstract: Green technology innovation is regarded as an important way to promote industrial transformation and upgrading, which is of great significance to improve environmental performance and promote sustainable development. In order to explore the impact of green technology innovation on environmental performance, this paper takes A-share listed coal enterprises from 2013 to 2023 as the research object, analyzes the impact of green technology innovation on environmental performance of coal enterprises by establishing an econometric model, and further explores the role of digital transformation in the impact of green technology innovation of coal enterprises on their environmental performance by means of a moderating effect model. The results show that coal enterprises can actively carry out green technology innovation to improve corporate environmental performance, but this effect has a certain lag. Green technology innovation has not improved the environmental performance of enterprises in the short term, but in the long run, the promotion effect is significant. Digital transformation has significantly promoted the application and development of green technology innovation in coal enterprises, thus effectively improving their environmental performance. This is mainly reflected in the fact that digital transformation can not only optimize the decision-making process and promote the efficient allocation and utilization of resources, but also accelerate the iteration of the innovation process, providing strong support for the development and application of green technology, thus further promoting the positive impact of green technology innovation on environmental performance. The results of heterogeneity show that the effect of state-owned and diversified coal enterprises on promoting green technology innovation and digital transformation is more obvious. At the same time, large-scale coal enterprises with superior business environment and as innovative pilot cities are more qualified to actively carry out green technology innovation and digital transformation, and significantly improve environmental performance. The research conclusions provide necessary theoretical supplement and important practical enlightenment for the high-quality development of coal enterprises in China.
