Abstract:
With the transformation of the economic situation, it has become the inevitable requirement of mining development to realize green, low carbon and high-quality development since entering the new stage of development. It is of great significance to evaluate the level of the mining green development (MGD) and to identify the mode and path of the MGD in each province and city. The connotation of the MGD is constantly enriched, covering many aspects such as resource conservation, environment friendly, transformation development and safety harmony. The MGD should be promoted comprehensively and systematically, and be coordinated development in all aspects. To this end, a comprehensive evaluation system for regional MGD is established based on the existing research results. By collecting the mining economic data of 31 provinces from 2005 to 2020, regional MGD level is measured. On this basis, starting from the hierarchical structure of the comprehensive evaluation system, a weighted clustering method based on dynamic time warping (DTW) of sub-index is proposed for the panel data of regional MGD. According to the common characteristics of regional MGD, the MGD mode is divided into four types, namely, the environment-friendly and transformation development leading mode, the resource conservation and transformation development driving mode, the environment-friendly and safety harmony guarantee mode, and the resource conservation and safety harmony supporting mode. The results show that it is feasible to use the sub-index DTW weighted clustering method to cluster the MGD, which can fully reflect the rich features of panel data and ensure the scientific and rational clustering results. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of the four types of MGD modes are pointed out, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the shortcomings of various development modes.
