煤矿开采区地表建筑物破坏原因分析与探讨

    Analysis and discussion on the causes of surface building damage in coal mining areas

    • 摘要: 地下开采通常会给采动影响范围内的地表建筑物造成一定程度的破坏,其最主要的表现形式就是房屋裂缝,然而房屋是否产生裂缝及裂缝大小取决于房屋的建筑结构、建筑质量、地基性质和地下采动影响程度等诸多因素,其破坏原因是非常复杂的,往往是诸多因素综合作用的结果,故一般现场难以准确判断各影响因素的影响程度及权重。本文以唐山市某村庄为研究背景,在充分掌握村庄及其附近1 km范围内地下工作面开采情况的基础上,结合入户房屋鉴定结果,对村庄内建筑物的破坏原因进行了探讨与分析,并划定了采动影响边界。研究结果可为相关责任划分和采动破坏建筑物的修缮等工作提供借鉴和参考。

       

      Abstract: Underground mining usually causes a certain degree of damage to surface buildings within the scope of mining impact, and its main manifestation is house cracks. However, whether a house produces cracks and the size of cracks depends on many factors such as the building structure, building quality, foundation properties, and the degree of underground mining impact. The causes of damage are very complex and often the result of the combined effect of many factors. Therefore, it is generally difficult to accurately determine the degree and weight of each influencing factor on site. This paper takes a village in Tangshan City as the research background. Based on a comprehensive understanding of the mining situation of underground working faces within a 1 km range of the village and its surroundings, combined with the results of household housing appraisal, the reasons for the damage to buildings in the village are discussed and analyzed, and the boundary of mining impact is delineated. The research results can provide reference and guidance for the division of responsibilities and the repair of buildings damaged by mining.
