Abstract:
Facing the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution, disruptive energy technologies play a central role in the cultivation and formation of new quality productive forces and the construction of a modern industrial system. Meanwhile, facing the international environment of carbon peak and carbon neutrality and the increasingly fierce international competition, the key to China’s transformation from a large energy country to an energy powerhouse and the realization of the orderly connection between old and new energy sources lies in the cultivation, formation, and utility of disruptive energy technologies, but how to scientifically perceive disruptive energy technologies and the logical mechanisms and paths of their empowerment of the new quality productive forces need to be further explored. Therefore, from the connotation and extension of disruptive energy technology, this paper has sorted out the relevant literature on disruptive energy technology and new quality productive forces, refined the characteristics and modes of disruptive energy technology, and further combined with the process of cultivating and forming new quality productive forces, it has empowered the whole process of new quality productive forces from the perspective of disruptive energy technology to promote the optimization of the energy structure, deep transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure, and optimization of the combination of factors of production. The paper clarifies the logical mechanism of disruptive energy technology empowering new quality productive forces, and proposes a closed loop of empowerment between disruptive energy technology and new quality productive forces. On this basis, the paper combines the current situation and future trends of the energy industry, further selects three types of disruptive energy technologies, namely large-scale green power and green hydrogen, CCUS and controlled fusion, to explore the role of their empowerment of new quality productive forces paths, and verifies the logical mechanism of the empowerment of the two. The paper explores the logical mechanism and path of empowering new quality productive forces through the mechanism study and example verification of disruptive energy technologies, which can provide reference for the output of disruptive energy technologies and the cultivation and formation of new quality productive forces.
