基于FLAC3D的考虑实测主应力与计算模型边界斜交的模型初始应力场生成

    Initial stress field generation based on FLAC3D by considering oblique intersection between measured principal stress and computation model boundary

    • 摘要: 进行地下采矿FLAC3D数值模拟时,正确地在模型中生成初始应力场尤为重要。考虑到实际工况,常需在计算模型中进行多次开挖和分组,而为了方便多次开挖和分组,建模时可能会出现实测主应力与模型边界斜交的情况。为研究实测主应力与模型边界斜交情况下的初始应力场生成方法,应用弹性力学空间问题基本理论求解了作用于模型边界的应力值,运用莫尔圆极点法和力的平衡法确定了作用于模型边界应力的方向,并最终采用以应力边界控制为主、以位移边界控制为辅的准应力边界控制法在模型中生成了初始应力场。将计算平衡后模型中的各主应力值和方向与实际情况对比,模型中各标高位置上的主应力值与实际值几乎相同,各主应力的方位也与实际情况相符,从而证实了准应力边界控制法正确合理,可为类似情况下的初始应力场生成方法提供借鉴。

       

      Abstract: About FLAC3D numerical simulation of underground mining, it is very important to generate the initial stress field in the model correctly. Considering the actual project conditions, calculation model is often needed to be excavated and grouped many times, and in order to facilitate multiple excavation and grouping, it is possible to occur such a case that the angle between measured principal stress and model boundary is not a right angle when building a model. In order to study the method of generating the initial stress field in that case, the values of stresses acting on the model boundary are solved by the basic theory of the elastic mechanics’ special problem, as well as the directions of stresses acting on the model boundary are determined by the Mohr circle pole point method and the method of force equilibrium. And finally, the initial stress field is generated by using the quasi stress boundary control method, which supplemented by displacement boundary control. Each principal stress value and direction in the calculated balanced model are compared with the actual conditions. The value of principal stress in each elevation position in the model is almost the same as the actual value, and the orientation of each principal stress is also consistent with the actual orientation. Thus it is proved that the quasi stress boundary control method is correct and reasonable, which can provide reference for generating initial stress field under similar circumstances.
