基于Mathews的某铁矿残留间柱回采结构参数研究

    Study on recovery structure parameters of residual pillars in a certain iron mine based on the Mathews method

    • 摘要: 为提高矿山生产能力,延长矿山服务年限,对某铁矿矿量大、价值高的残留间柱,进行分段充填采矿法进行回采。通过现场地质调查室内岩石力学试验,对矿山岩体质量进行了综合评价。结果表明,矿山岩体和矿体的岩体质量良好,满足了安全生产的基本要求。基于Mathews稳定性图解法,本文进一步对矿山分段充填采矿法试验采场进行了优化研究。通过详细分析和计算,确定了该矿山的最佳采场结构参数,包括采场宽度为14 m、长度为25 m。这些优化参数能够有效提高采矿过程的稳定性和安全性,为矿山后期生产提供了科学可靠的理论数据支撑。研究结果不仅为类似矿山的采场设计提供了有力参考,还为进一步提升矿山生产效率和安全水平奠定了基础。

       

      Abstract: To enhance the mining production capacity and extend the service life of the mine, a segmented filling mining method is employed to recover large and valuable residual pillars in a certain iron mine. Comprehensive evaluations of the rock mass quality of the mine are conducted through on-site geological surveys and indoor rock mechanics tests. The results indicate that the rock mass quality of both the mine and the ore body is good, meeting the basic safety requirements for production. Based on the Mathews stability graph method, this study further optimized the test stope for the segmented filling mining method. Through detailed analysis and calculations, the optimal stope structure parameters for the mine are determined, including a stope width of 14 meters and a length of 25 meters. These optimized parameters can effectively improve the stability and safety of the mining process, providing scientifically reliable theoretical support for the mine’s subsequent production. The research results not only offer valuable reference for stope design in similar mines but also lay a foundation for further improving mining efficiency and safety.
