Abstract: At present, green mine construction in China has gradually entered a stabilization stage after a long period of development. With the gradual improvement of national policies and regulations, green mine construction in China is being promoted to a higher level. This paper develops a more complete institutional framework covering the national, local and industry levels through comprehensively organizing and analyzing of the institutional system of green mine construction. Further more, it finds different emphasis of specific indicators and the directions of development by the summary analysis of the national green mine construction norms and technical standards systems at the local, industry and enterprise levels. Based on the basic situation of construction about national green mine, green development demonstration zone and regional green mine in recent years, it arrives at a conclusion that green mine construction in China has achieved remarkable overall results, which is, more complete institutional systems, gradual improvement in quality levels, initial formation of a new pattern of resource development and exploitation, taking the experience and specific indicators of some representative provinces and enterprises as examples. Based on all of the above, it analyzes green development trends in the mining industry combined with relevant national policy guidance, and indicates the next main focus of promoting the green mine constructions including the promotion of the intelligent mines construction, ecological conservation governance and restoration, and the realization of the duel carbon goals. It expects to provide references for mining enterprises to grasp the development opportunities, promote the green mine construction and enhance core competitiveness.
