Abstract:
The research on new methods, new mechanisms and rock breaking process mechanism of mechanical rock breaking is the key technology to be solved urgently for efficient mining equipment in complex coal rock strata and hard rock roadways. Tool structure, combination form, motion composite mode and rock breaking method combination (composite) are the main factors affecting the working performance of mining equipment. The concept of tool motion dimension is proposed, and the description method and quantitative algorithm of motion correlation degree are established. The superposition and rock breaking effectiveness of tool motion in different dimensions are analyzed. The characteristics of tool action form, rock breaking energy and rock breaking effectiveness under different motion modes are studied by the velocity and trajectory of different structural tools. The combination method of tool arrangement with different structures is expounded, and the matching relationship between tool combination form and motion compound mode is given. Combining the tool structure, combination form, motion composite mode and rock breaking method combination, the rock breaking mechanism and equipment matching with different lithology are formed, and the basic evaluation framework of rock breaking ability and effect is constructed. The research and analysis show that the tool arrangement combination, motion combination and rock breaking method combination match the working characteristics of the tool and the principle of rock breaking technology. The superposition, effectiveness and motion composite mode of rock breaking are the important basis for determining the dimension and composite of tool motion. The combination form and arrangement law of cutting tools, the combination density and the arrangement attitude of the adaptive motion composite mode are the theoretical basis for the innovative design of high efficiency and low specific energy consumption rock breaking mechanism. The combination of rock breaking methods should aim at the coordination of actions, the superposition of rock breaking ability and the easy engineering of equipment. This study provides a reference for the innovative design and development of rock breaking working mechanism with high efficiency, high reliability and high life.
