基于支护阻力对巷道围岩塑性区深度作用的柔性锚索支护技术研究

    Research on flexible anchor cable support technology based on the effect of support resistance on the depth of plastic zone of roadway surrounding rock

    • 摘要: 为明确支护阻力对巷道围岩塑性区深度的影响,采用卡斯特纳公式和FLAC3D软件分析了支护阻力与巷道围岩塑性区深度之间的关系,分析结果表明:现有技术水平条件下提供的支护阻力不能显著减少巷道围岩塑性区深度,难以有效避免巷道围岩发生塑性破坏,即使支护阻力高达2.50 MPa,巷道顶板围岩塑性区深度也未显著减少。因此,提出采用具有足够承载能力、锚固深度和延伸率的支护材料进行柔性支护,将塑性区内的破坏岩石锚固到塑性区外的稳定岩层是维护巷道围岩稳定的一种有效途径。在信湖煤矿五中车场回风道采用大变形柔性锚索进行补强支护,取得了较好的控制效果,减少了巷道断面的收缩量,保障了巷道的长期使用。

       

      Abstract: In order to clarify the influence of support resistance on the depth of plastic zone of roadway surrounding rock, the relationship between support resistance and the depth of plastic zone of roadway surrounding rock is analyzed by Castner formula and FLAC3D software. The analysis results show that the support resistance provided under the current technical level can not significantly reduce the depth of plastic zone of roadway surrounding rock, and it is difficult to effectively avoid plastic failure of roadway surrounding rock. Even if the support resistance is as high as 2.50 MPa, the depth of plastic zone of roadway roof surrounding rock is not significantly reduced. Therefore, it is an effective way to maintain the stability of roadway surrounding rock by using supporting materials with sufficient bearing capacity, anchorage depth and elongation to anchor the damaged rock in the plastic zone to the stable rock outside the plastic zone. In the fifth middle yard of Xinhu Coal Mine, the large deformation flexible anchor cable is used to reinforce the return airway, which has achieved good control effect, reduced the shrinkage of the roadway section, and ensured the long-term use of the roadway.
