      Abstract: With the continuous progress of coal mining technology, the traditional roof cutter pressure relief coal mining method is facing the problems of high safety risk, complex operation and low efficiency. In order to solve these problems, the KQL7/110 mining chain arm roof cutter machine is developed. The equipment adopts advanced chain arm cutting mechanism, which can achieve accurate cutting of the roof, effectively solve the common problem of some pre-cracking holes are not opened into joints in traditional pre-cracking blasting, significantly improve the roof cutter effect and the regularity of roof collapse, thereby reducing the difficulty of roadway maintenance in the later stage. In addition, the KQL7/110 mining chain arm roof cutter machine is equipped with an intelligent control system, which realizes automatic operation, greatly reduces manual participation, and improves the safety and efficiency of the operation.
