基于3D GIS的5G全连接采矿数字孪生系统建设研究

    • 摘要: 随着矿山行业数智化转型的持续推进,矿山企业开始加快新型工业信息基础设施建设。基于地理信息、生产数据和网络数据融合的矿山可视化云平台,支撑面向矿石流的矿山综合管理和决策,是建设智能和绿色矿山的重要前提。本文以推进攀钢矿业露天矿山5G远程采矿技术智能化应用研究为背景,基于5G、物联网、云计算和3D GIS等信息化技术,设计并实施了5G全连接采矿数字孪生可视化管理系统,集成动态监管采矿设备、5G专网、生产运营等关键生产要素,为露天矿山实现本质安全生产、科学有效的管理和决策提供了技术支持。

       

      Abstract: With the continuous progress of digital intelligence transformation in mining industry, mining enterprises begin to accelerate the construction of new industrial information infrastructure. A mine visualization cloud platform based on geographical information, production data, and network data convergence supports comprehensive mine management and decision-making oriented to ore flow, which is an important prerequisite for building intelligent and green mines. Based on the background of promoting the intelligent application of 5G remote mining technology in open-pit mines of Pangang, this paper designs and implements a 5G fully connected mining digital twin visual management system based on information technologies such as 5G, Internet of Things, cloud computing and 3D GIS. Integrated and dynamic supervision of mining equipment, 5G network, production and operation of key production factors, open-pit mines to achieve essential safety, scientific and effective management and decision-making to provide technical support.
