Abstract: The original dosing system of Pulang Copper Mine has been upgraded and renovated, using the fourth generation dosing system developed by Metallurgical Technology Group Co., Ltd. - BRFS intelligent dosing system. The renovation project has achieved the function of linking the addition of reagents with production, allowing the addition of reagents to change with the amount of ore produced. Compared with the original manual adjustment, it is more timely and accurate, greatly improving flotation production. In addition, with the help of the technical team of Mining and Metallurgical Technology Group Co., Ltd., the entire pharmaceutical system was redesigned, and heating and insulation functions were added to address the on-site situation, avoiding problems such as low-temperature condensation and effectively reducing maintenance. Significant results have been achieved in improving the technical level and environmental protection level of the selection equipment.
