刚果(金)某高钙镁氧化铜钴矿选冶联合试验研究

    Experimental study on the joint flotation and metallurgy of a copper cobalt oxide mine with high content of calcium and magnesium in the Democratic Republic of the Congo

    • 摘要: 刚果(金)某氧化铜钴矿含较高的钙镁杂质,直接浸出时酸耗高,经济效益较低。针对该氧化铜钴矿,进行了选冶联合试验研究。采用先浮选硫化矿后浮选氧化矿的异步浮选工艺,进行了5次粗选、2次扫选的开路和闭路浮选试验。针对原矿与浮选获得的氧化精矿进行了浸出试验,并对不同工艺进行了浸出效率及酸耗指标对比。结果表明,相较于直接浸出工艺,采用选冶联合工艺,闭路条件下浸出酸耗降低了15.6%,铜和钴的综合回收率高达86.83%和51.72%。该联合选冶工艺适用于难处理高钙镁杂质复杂铜钴矿金属提取,具有广泛的工业应用前景。

       

      Abstract: A copper cobalt oxide mine in the Democratic Republic of the Congo contains high content of calcium and magnesium impurities. Direct leaching results in high acid consumption and low economic benefits. A combined experimental study is conducted on the flotation and metallurgy of copper cobalt oxide mine. The asynchronous flotation process of first flotation of sulfide mine and then flotation of oxidized mine is adopted, and open-circuit and closed-circuit flotation experiments are conducted with 5 rounds of rough selection and 2 rounds of sweeping selection. Leaching tests are conducted on the original mine and the oxidized concentrate obtained from flotation, and the leaching efficiency and acid consumption indicators of the two processes are compared. Compared to the direct leaching process, the combined process of flotation and metallurgy by closed-circuit reduces the leaching acid consumption by 15.6%, and the comprehensive recovery rates of copper and cobalt are as high as 86.83% and 51.72%, respectively. This combined metallurgical process is suitable for the extraction of complex copper cobalt minerals with high content of calcium and magnesium impurities, and has broad industrial application prospects.
