Abstract:
In response to the demand of some thin coal seam working faces to improve the mining efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of workers by increasing the cutting depth of the drum, a calculation model of the converted single-tool mining efficiency is established. The loading effect and haulage speed, which have a significant impact on the improvement of mining efficiency, are deeply studied and analyzed, and two representative application cases are provided. This paper provides an analytical idea for the mine to study the feasibility of improving the mining efficiency by increasing the cutting depth, and also has certain guiding significance for the development of the large cutting depth mining technology in thin coal seams.
