Abstract:
The construction of a safety-oriented construction management model is a prerequisite for the development of deep underground engineering in China to solve the problem of “advancing to the depths of the earth” and to develop deep underground engineering. For example, in a mine in Northeast Yunnan Province, where the mining depth exceeded 1 600 metres, the construction site is at a depth of more than 1 200 metres, and the chambers are large-span, high overhanging chambers with anchor spray and reinforced concrete pouring support, and the associated ancillary works are laid out according to the design function of the different chambers. During the construction process, a set of safety management system is constructed based on multi-dimensional information technology, such as Gantt process, 2D design and 3D information model, which is then used to select, collide and verify the construction plan. After practical application, the application of the safety construction management system in a mine in Northeast Yunnan Province has accumulated valuable experience for China’s ultra-deep underground projects, provided practical support and basis for the technical theory management model, ensured mine safety and production, and promoted the development of ultra-deep well engineering.
