基于ANSYS/LS-DYNAD的平川铁矿中深孔爆破参数研究

    Research on the blasting parameters of medium and deep hole in Pingchuan Iron Mine based on ANSYS/LS-DYNAD

    • 摘要: 为了解决平川铁矿露天开采转地下开采的中深孔爆破参数选择问题,本次采用了理论计算结合软件数值模拟的方式进行研究。首先通过理论公式按照炸药单耗和每米崩矿量为最优条件计算出符合该矿山条件下的中深孔爆破参数,再通过ANSYS/LS-DYNAD对计算的各组参数进行数值模拟计算,根据模拟分析出的爆破效果,得出适合该矿山不同条件下的最优中深孔爆破参数。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of selecting the parameters of medium and deep hole blasting in Pingchuan Iron Mine, the theoretical calculation combined with software numerical simulation is used in this study. First of all, the theoretical formula in accordance with the explosive unit consumption and the amount of ore per metre as the optimal conditions to calculate the conditions of the mine in line with the medium and deep hole blasting parameters, and then through the ANSYS/LS-DYNAD numerical simulation calculations on the calculation of the various sets of parameters, according to the simulation of the analysis of the effect of the blasting, to obtain the optimal deep hole blasting parameters suitable for the mine under different conditions.
