贵州某高硫铝土矿浮选脱硫工艺试验研究

    Study on flotation desulfurization process of a high-sulfur bauxite ore in Guizhou

    • 摘要: 本文针对贵州某地区高硫铝土矿开展浮选脱硫工艺优化试验,以降低矿石中的硫含量,提高铝精矿的品位,为氧化铝前端生产及高硫铝土矿资源的综合利用提供技术支持。试验采用一粗一精的浮选流程,通过单因素试验对磨矿细度、矿浆pH值、捕收剂、活化剂、抑制剂及搅拌速度等关键因素进行优化。在单因素试验的基础上,确定了各因素的最佳条件,并以此为基础开展了高硫铝土矿富铝脱硫开路试验。试验结果显示,在优化后的条件下,获得了S含量为0.42%、Al2O3品位为61.36%的铝精矿,以及S含量为24.44%、Al2O3含量为41.45%的硫尾矿,硫脱除率达到了93.92%。研究结果表明,通过优化浮选工艺,能够有效降低高硫铝土矿中的硫含量,同时提高铝精矿的品位,满足氧化铝生产的质量要求。该研究结果不仅为氧化铝前端生产提供了高质量的矿石原料,也为高硫铝土矿资源的综合利用提供了重要的参考依据。

       

      Abstract: This paper focuses on the optimization of flotation desulfurization processes for high-sulfur bauxite in a specific region of Guizhou, aiming to reduce sulfur content, improve the grade of aluminum concentrate, and provide technical support for front-end alumina production and the comprehensive utilization of high-sulfur bauxite resources. A flotation circuit comprising one roughing and one cleaning stage is employed. Key parameters: grinding fineness, pulp pH value, collector dosage, activator, depressant, and agitation speed are optimized through single-factor experiments. Based on these optimized conditions, open-circuit tests are conducted for aluminum enrichment and sulfur removal. The results demonstrate that under optimal conditions, aluminum concentrate with a sulfur content of 0.42% and Al2O3 grade of 61.36%, along with sulfur tailings containing 24.44% sulfur and 41.45% Al2O3, are obtained, achieving a sulfur removal rate of 93.92%. The findings indicate that the optimized flotation process effectively reduces sulfur content in high-sulfur bauxite while enhancing aluminum concentrate quality, meeting alumina production standards. This research not only supplies high-quality raw materials for alumina production but also offers critical insights for the integrated utilization of high-sulfur bauxite resources.
