胶磷矿浮选研究进展

    • 摘要: 胶磷矿是我国重要战略矿产资源,我国磷矿资源以难选的中低品位胶磷矿为主,为了提高胶磷矿浮选效率,降低浮选成本,本文介绍了胶磷矿资源全球分布特点及资源类别,总结了胶磷矿目前采用的浮选工艺、药剂研究进展及各方法和药剂存在的主要问题,以及目前胶磷矿浮选存在的难题,总结胶磷矿浮选的主要发展和研究方向,为我国磷矿资源的开发利用提供参考。主要浮选法包括正浮选、反浮选、正-反浮选、反-正浮选、双反浮选及联合选矿法。正浮选主要适用脉石与胶磷矿可浮性差异大的情况;反浮选主要处理含钙镁高的胶磷矿,应用广泛;其他浮选工艺则针对特定成分的胶磷矿;联合选矿法有成本和环保优势,但重选效果不佳。本文主要从调整剂、絮凝剂、起泡剂、抑制剂及捕收剂等方面综述药剂最新研究进展。新型调整剂在探索中;絮凝剂中非离子型絮凝剂效果良好,但相关研究有待加强;起泡剂中醇类、醚酯类及新型起泡剂的研究需深入;抑制剂方面,新型生物基抑制剂潜力巨大,组合抑制剂和新型有机抑制剂研究成为趋势;捕收剂中,脂肪酸类通过改性和组合使用提升性能,但复杂矿物仍需优化,胺类通过研发和改性克服缺陷,两性捕收剂分选效果好,但成本高,研发新型两性捕收剂是未来方向。

       

      Abstract: Collophane is an important strategic mineral resource in China. The majority of China’s phosphate resources are mainly low-grade and medium-grade collophane, which are difficult to beneficiate. In order to improve the flotation efficiency and reduce the flotation cost of collophane, this paper introduces the global distribution characteristics and resource categories of collophane resources, summarizes the flotation process and research progress of various methods and agents, as well as the current problems of collophane flotation, summarizes the main development and research directions of collophane flotation, and provides reference for the development and utilization of collophane resources in China. The main flotation methods include positive flotation, reverse flotation, positive-reverse flotation, reverse-positive flotation, double reverse flotation and combined beneficiation. Positive flotation is mainly suitable for the situation that the floatability of gangue and collophane is different. Reverse flotation mainly treats collophane with high calcium and magnesium content, which is widely used. Other flotation processes target specific compositions of collophane. The combined beneficiation method has cost and environmental advantages, but the gravity separation effect is not good. The research progress of pharmaceuticals mainly reviews the latest research progress from the aspects of regulators, flocculants, foaming agents, inhibitors and collectors. New modifiers are being explored. The non-ionic flocculant effect of flocculant is good, but the relevant research needs to be strengthened. The research on alcohols, ether esters and new foaming agents in foaming agents needs to be deepened. In terms of inhibitors, new bio-based inhibitors have great potential, and the research of combination inhibitors and new organic inhibitors has become a trend. Among the collectors, fatty acids are modified and combined to improve their performance, but complex minerals still need to be optimized, amines overcome defects through research and development and modification, and the separation effect of amphoteric collectors is good, but the cost is high, and the development of new amphoteric collectors is the future direction.
