彬长矿区采空塌陷注浆技术的应用研究

    Study on the application of grouting technology for mining collapse in Binchang Mining Area

    • 摘要: 由于彬长矿区早期部分煤矿不规范和大规模开采,导致当地的耕地裂缝、塌陷,房屋损毁,所种菜籽、小麦减产,无法正常收耕,严重影响了生产生活,受到了当地政府的高度重视。为了解决彬长矿区日益突出的采空塌陷地质灾害问题,在充分分析彬长矿区覆岩导水裂隙带发育高度和隔水性的基础上,利用疏堵结合的思路,提出相对隔水层内浇筑注浆管封堵法与外围钻孔疏水法相结合、分区段施工的采空塌陷注浆技术方案。经项目应用表明彬长矿区采空塌陷注浆技术方案可行,治理效果良好,这也为后期同类采空塌陷治理工程提供了一定的借鉴意义。

       

      Abstract: Due to the early non-standard and large-scale mining in Binchang Mining Area, local farmland has suffered from cracks, subsidence, and house damage. The production of rapeseed and wheat has decreased, making it impossible to farm normally, which has severely affected daily life and production, drawing significant attention from the local government. To address the increasingly prominent geological disaster issues of mining collapse in Binchang Mining Area, based on a thorough analysis of the development height and water isolation properties of the water-conducting crack zone, a combined approach of blocking and drainage is proposed. This method involves injecting grouting pipes within relatively isolated aquifers for sealing and drilling peripheral holes for drainage, with phased construction. Project applications have shown that the grouting technology for mining collapse in Binchang Mining Area is feasible, with good treatment results. This also provides valuable reference for similar future mining collapse control projects.
