Abstract: The underground environment of coal mines is harsh, the tunnels are complex, there are many dangerous factors, and the degree of operational risk is very high. Its safety production has always been a focus of social attention. To ensure the safety of underground operations, coal mining enterprises actively introduce UWB technology positioning systems, leveraging their advantages of high-precision and strong anti-interference ability to accurately locate personnel, implement gas detection, and can also be applied to comprehensive detection in the area where coal mines are located, promoting the smooth progress of mining work.
