我国高纯石英资源勘查开发现状及思考

    The situation and thoughts on the exploration and development of high-purity quartz resources in China

    • 摘要: 高纯石英资源是一种重要的关键非金属资源和战略新兴产业的关键基础材料,在光伏、半导体、光纤等领域应用广泛,需求旺盛。我国是全球最大的高纯石英消费国,但我国高纯石英资源稀缺,原料矿石对外总体依存度高,亟需通过国内资源地质找矿和勘查工作,保障资源安全供给。我国高纯石英资源找矿勘查工作起步相对较晚,且地质勘查评价工作仍需不断完善。通过系统总结近年来我国高纯石英资源地质找矿和勘查开发现状,结合国内高纯石英供需情况和加工技术特点分析得出:①国内高纯石英资源地质找矿取得系列进展,目前找矿突破的主要资源类型为花岗伟晶岩型和脉石英型,伟晶岩型资源主要分布在新疆阿尔泰、河南东秦岭等地区,脉石英型资源主要分布在陕西、安徽、四川、山东等地区,稳定的高品质资源有望实现突破。②国内高纯石英选矿提纯加工技术发展快,企业已形成了较为成熟的提纯加工和材料制备技术,但能够规模化稳定生产高品质石英砂的企业相对较少,选矿提纯加工技术在地质勘查阶段应用评价较少。③制约高纯石英资源找矿勘查技术问题包括:高效野外快速识别技术和适用勘查方法组合缺乏,找矿勘查效率低;合理的一般矿床工业指标体系仍未建立,制约资源量估算和矿体圈定;地质勘查过程中合理开展选冶提纯试验和技术经济评价工作困难;地质勘查无标准可依,严重制约地质勘查和矿政管理工作。针对高纯石英资源特点和找矿勘查存在问题,从高效勘查方法研发、矿床一般工业指标制定、选矿提纯加工技术研发、地质勘查规范编制等方面提出相应对策建议,以期进一步提升我国高纯石英资源勘查工作质量。

       

      Abstract: High-purity quartz(HPQ)is an important critical mineral resource and key foundational materials for strategic emerging industries. It is widely used in high-tech fields such as photovoltaic, semiconductor, fiber optic communications, optics etc. China is the largest consumer of HPQ in the world, however, the HPQ resources are scarce, and the foreign dependence of material ore is high. It is necessary to ensure the supply of HPQ resources by prospecting for domestic resources. As the prospecting and exploration work of HPQ material started relatively late in China, a lot of work still needs to be done. This paper systematically summarizes the geological prospecting and exploration situation in recent years, and analyzes the supply and demand of HPQ and the characteristics of processing technology, the study shows: ① a series of prospecting achievements have been made in HPQ resources in China. The main types of HPQ resources newly discovered are granitic-pegmatite type and hydrothermal vein quartz. The pegmatitic type resources are mainly distributed in Altai and East Qinling, while the hydrothermal vein quartz type resources are mainly distributed in Shaanxi, Anhui, Sichuan, Shandong, etc. Based on the achievements, stable high-quality resources are expected to breakthrough. ② Although the processing technology has developed rapidly and some enterprises have formed mature beneficiation and purification technology, there are few enterprises can steadily produce high-quality HPQ on a large scale and few beneficiation and purification evaluations which are applied to geological exploration. ③ The problems restricting the exploration of HPQ include: the efficient field rapid identification technology and applicable combination of exploration methods is lacking, which lead the prospecting efficiency is low; the reasonable industrial index system of HPQ ore deposit has not been established, which restricts the estimation of resources and the delineation of ore bodies; it is difficult to carry out beneficiation and purification test in geological exploration, which lead the technical and economic evaluation difficult; there is no standard for HPQ geological exploration, which seriously restricts the exploration work. Based on the characteristics of HPQ resources and the existing problems in exploration, this paper puts forward suggestions from the aspects of research and development of efficient exploration methods, establishment of industrial indexes, research on technology of mineral processing and purification, and formulation of HPQ material exploration specifications, expecting further improvement for the quality of HPQ material exploration in China.
