广东连平县大尖山铅锌矿防洪安全分析与成果研究

    Analysis and research on flood control safety of Dajianshan Lead-zinc Mine in Lianping County, Guangdong Province

    • 摘要: 以广东连平县大尖山铅锌矿3#尾矿库为实例,对尾矿库注销前的排洪设施展开详细研究,并精准计算暴雨量。深入剖析影响大尖山3#尾矿坝防洪稳定性的安全系数,发现设计洪水计算方法因水文资料而异,主要包含利用流量资料和雨量资料两种途径推求设计洪水。通过获取土层物理力学参数,构建并求解稳定性计算模型,对安全系数与稳定性系数进行深入分析。结果显示,在正常水位和洪水位工况下,现状尾矿库坝体稳定性安全系数符合规范要求,坝体处于稳定状态,连平县大尖山铅锌矿1#尾矿库、2#尾矿库判定为正常库。然而,为满足销库安全标准,仍需实施加强截排水等相关措施。

       

      Abstract: Taking Dajianshan Lead-zinc Mine 3# tailing ponds in Lianping County, Guangdong Province as examples, this paper carries out a detailed study on the flood drainage facilities before the tailing ponds are written off, and accurately calculated the rainstorm amount. The safety factors affecting the flood control stability of Dajianshan 3# tailings DAMS are deeply analyzed, and it is found that the design flood calculation method is different according to the hydrological data, which mainly includes two ways to calculate the design flood by using the flow data and the rainfall data. By obtaining the physical and mechanical parameters of soil layer, the stability calculation model is constructed and solved, and the safety coefficient and stability coefficient are deeply analyzed. The results show that under normal water level and flood level conditions, the stability safety factor of the dam body of the current tailings pool meets the requirements of the code, and the dam body is in a stable state. The tailings ponds of Dajianshan lead-zinc mine in Lianping County are judged to be normal. However, in order to meet the safety standards of the warehouse, it is still necessary to implement relevant measures such as strengthening the interception and drainage.
