新形势下矿业企业财务数智化“1+2+N”管控模式探析

    Analysis of the “1+2+N” financial intelligence control mode for mining enterprises under the new situation

    • 摘要: 近年来,人工智能、云计算、物联网和移动互联网等信息技术的迅猛发展,驱动传统行业不断瓦解与重构,带来了新的行业竞争。矿业企业作为我国社会发展与建设的重要经济实体,面临着诸多财务风险,如市场需求波动、价格波动、资源调整、环保合规、政策变化等,这些风险会对其经营活动和财务状况造成重大影响。随着数智化、智能化管理模式逐渐成为新的发展趋势,矿业企业财务管理也逐渐向数智化模式转变,推动财务工作效率显著提升,从而为财务人员从事个性化、服务型、管控性的增值活动创造了更多的机会。本文基于新形势下矿业企业财务数智化发展现状,探讨建设企业“1+2+N”财务数智化管控模式,不断促进财务转型升级,以便更好服务于企业的高质量发展。

       

      Abstract: In recent years, information technologies such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, internet of things and mobile internet have developed rapidly, driving the continuous disintegration and reconstruction of traditional industries and bringing new industry competition. As the important economic entities in the social development and construction of our country, mining enterprises are faced with many financial risks, such as market demand fluctuations, price fluctuations, resource adjustments, environmental compliance, policy changes and so on. These risks will have a significant impact on its business activities and financial condition. With the digital and intelligent management modes gradually becoming a new development trend, the financial management of mining enterprises is gradually shifting towards a digital intelligence mode. The digital and intelligent management modes promote significant improvement in financial work efficiency. Thus, it creates more opportunities for financial personnel to engage in personalized, service-oriented and controlled value-added activities. This paper is based on development status of financial intelligence in mining enterprises under the new situation, discusses the construction of “1+2+N” financial intelligence control model for mining enterprises, continuously promotes financial transformation and upgrading, and serves the high-quality development of enterprises.
