多轴机床刀具切削角度高精度控制在采矿机械加工中的应用研究

    • 摘要: 本文旨在分析多轴机械加工机床中刀具切削角度的高精度控制,提出一套新型高精度控制方法,提高采矿机械加工的精度。通过对加工机床类型及应用的系统梳理,详细分析了多轴刀具配置现状与切削角度的重要性。基于机床切削角度控制技术的原理,结合实时监测技术,建立了新型控制算法,强化对切削角度的调节精度与稳定性。

       

      Abstract: This paper aims to analyze the high-precision control of tool cutting angles in multi axis machining machines, proposes a new high-precision control method, and improves the accuracy of mining machinery processing. Through a systematic review of the types and applications of machining machines, the current status of multi axis tool configuration and the importance of cutting angles are analyzed in detail. Based on the principle of machine tool cutting angle control technology and combined with real-time monitoring technology, a new control algorithm has been established to enhance the accuracy and stability of cutting angle adjustment.
