宝日希勒露天煤矿剥离半固定破碎站能力与移设步距研究

    Study on the capacity and relocation step distance of the semi-fixed crushing station for stripping in Baorixile Open-Pit Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为确定宝日希勒露天煤矿应用剥离半连续工艺时的破碎站生产能力与其移设步距,研究基于宝日希勒露天煤矿现有原煤破碎站等生产数据,开展剥离半固定破碎站生产能力分析,研究单出入沟与排土机作业对剥离破碎站能力限制;提出了剩余经济效益预期法,应用于排土机追踪式排土条件下的破碎站移设步距计算。结果表明:剥离半连续工艺布置的时间节点为转向结束,布置位置于三采区北侧端帮地表;宝日希勒露天煤矿剥离半连续工艺破碎站生产能力为9 000 t/h,设计能力14.5 Mm3/a,确定了宝日希勒露天煤矿剥离破碎站的服务期为2 a,当前位置移设至出入沟的距离为合理移设步距。

       

      Abstract: To determine the production capacity of the crushing station and its relocation step distance when applying the semi-continuous stripping process in the Baorixile Open-Pit Coal Mine, this study analyzes the production capacity of the semi-fixed crushing station for stripping based on existing production data, such as the raw coal crushing station at the mine. The study investigates the capacity limitations of the stripping crushing station under single access ramp and spreader operation conditions. A residual economic benefit expectation method is proposed and applied to calculate the relocation step distance of the crushing station under spreader-tracking dumping conditions. The results indicate that the optimal time node for deploying the semi-continuous stripping process is after the completion of the mining direction transition, with the layout positioned on the northern end-slope surface of the third mining area. The production capacity of the stripping crushing station in the semi-continuous stripping process is 9 000 t/h, with a designed annual capacity of 14.5 Mm3/a. The service period of the stripping crushing station at the current location is determined to be two years, and the distance from the current position to the access ramp is identified as the reasonable relocation step distance.
