辽宁省某细粒红柱石矿选矿试验研究

    Experimental study on mineral processing of fine-grained andalusite ore in Liaoning Province

    • 摘要: 针对辽宁省某细粒难选红柱石矿开展了工艺矿物学及选矿试验研究。辽宁省某细粒难选红柱石矿工艺矿物学研究结果表明,矿石中Al2O3含量为19.30%,SiO2含量为59.54%,Fe2O3含量为8.95%,总碳含量为4.17%,有用矿物红柱石含量为12.18%;主要脉石矿物为石英32.55%、黑云母22.62%、石榴子石12.10%、碳质3.50%等。红柱石矿在−0.074 mm占42.00%的磨矿细度下,红柱石已实现较好的单体解离,单体解离度为86.51%;石英、黑云母、碳质三种脉石矿物嵌布关系紧密,可通过集合体反浮选预先抛除;石榴子石具有弱磁性可通过磁选去除。依据矿石性质,通过工艺流程对比试验和条件试验,最终推荐选矿工艺流程为“磨矿-反浮选除杂(一次粗选,一次扫选)-正浮选红柱石(两次粗选,四次精选,中矿顺序返回)-干式磁选(一粗一精)”。当磨矿细度为−0.074 mm占比42.00%时,采用草酸+水玻璃组合作为抑制剂、石油磺酸钠+水杨羟肟酸组合作为捕收剂,通过上述工艺流程可获得产率为7.11%,Al2O3品位58.19%,Fe2O3含量0.86%,红柱石矿物含量94.20%,红柱石矿物回收率为55.74%的高品质红柱石精矿产品。红柱石精矿产品达到黑色冶金行业标准中的HZ-56产品质量标准。研究成果可为我国细粒难选红柱石资源的开发利用提供借鉴。

       

      Abstract: A process of mineralogy and mineral processing test study is conducted on a fine-grained refractory andalusite ore from Liaoning Province. The results of process mineralogy research on a fine-grained refractory andalusite ore from Liaoning Province demonstrate that Al2O3 content of 19.30%, SiO2 content of 59.54%, Fe2O3 content of 8.95%, total carbon content of 4.17%, andalusite mineral content of 12.18%. The main gangue minerals are quartz (32.55%), biotite (22.62%), garnet (12.10%), and carbonaceous substance (3.50%). Under a grinding fineness where 42.00% of the andalusite ore passes −0.074 mm, the andalusite has achieved relatively good monomer liberation, with a liberation degree of 86.51%. Quartz, biotite, and carbonaceous substance exhibit close intergrowth relationships and can be preliminarily rejected through aggregates reverse flotation. In contrast, the weakly magnetic garnet can be effectively removed by magnetic separation. Based on the ore characteristics and through comparative process testing and condition optimization experiments, the final recommended mineral processing flowsheet is “grinding-reverse flotation for impurity removal (1 roughing - 1 scavenging) -positive flotation for andalusite (2 roughing- 4 selecting - middlings stepwise return)-dry magnetic separation (1 roughing - 1 selecting)”. Under the condition of grinding fineness of −0.074 mm accounted for 42.00%, use oxalic acid + sodium silicatea as combined depressants, sodium petroleum sulfonate + salicylhydroxamic acid as combined collector, high-quality andalusite concentrate with a yield of 7.11%, Al2O3 grade of 58.19%, Fe2O3 content of 0.86%, andalusite mineral content of 94.20% and recovery of 55.74% can be achieved through the aforementioned process flowsheet. Andalusite concentrate products meet the HZ-56 product quality standard specified in the industry standard for ferrous metallurgy. The research outcomes provide a technical reference for the development and utilization of fine-grained refractory andalusite resources in our country.
