河南省硅质原料矿产资源供需形势分析与对策建议

    Supply-demand situation analysis and countermeasure on siliceous materials resources in Henan Province

    • 摘要: 硅质原料作为战略性新兴产业的关键基础材料,是国计民生和国家安全的重要保障。河南省高纯石英矿资源储量居全国前列,研究河南省硅质原料矿产资源形势显得尤为重要。通过分析河南省硅质原料矿产资源概况、开发利用现状、加工产品产量,对未来资源供需趋势和保障能力进行了研判。研究结果表明,随着光伏、半导体产业的迅速发展,未来数年内河南省高纯石英矿的需求量将持续攀升。河南省基础地质资料丰富,找矿成果突出,高纯石英矿资源潜力和金属尾矿综合利用潜力巨大,但在矿产资源勘查开发利用的过程中仍然存在系统性调查评价欠缺、资源保障能力不足、产品附加值较低等问题。建议下一步加强系统性调查评价,提高资源保障能力,推进硅质原料矿产优质优用,加强金属尾矿资源化利用;加强技术研发,推进产学研合作;鼓励高附加值产品精深加工,推动产业集群优化升级。河南省硅质原料产业具备良好的基础和条件,但需要通过资源整合、技术创新和产业协同突破发展瓶颈,建立“地质找矿-工艺矿物学研究-选冶试验研究-分析测试-产品质量评价”的全链条评价体系,推动产业向高端化、智能化方向转型。河南省应抓住新能源、半导体产业机遇,推动从传统原料供应地向高端硅基材料制造中心转型,打造全国领先的高纯石英产业基地,助力国家战略性新兴产业发展。

       

      Abstract: As an essential foundational material for strategic emerging industries such as photovoltaics and semiconductors, siliceous materials play a critical role in ensuring national economic stability and security. Henan Province holds a leading position nationwide in terms of reserves of high-purity quartz ore, examining the status of siliceous materials in Henan Province becomes especially significant. This paper provides an overview of these mineral resources, evaluates their current development and utilization, and analyzes the output of processed products within the province. Additionally, it forecasts future trends in resource supply and demand while assessing the capacity to meet these demands. With the rapid growth of the photovoltaic and semiconductor industries, the demand for high-purity quartz ore in Henan Province will continue to surge in the coming years. While Henan Province boasts rich fundamental geological data, outstanding prospecting achievements, significant potential in high-purity quartz ore, and comprehensive metallic tailings utilization, challenges persist in a lack of systematic investigation and evaluation, insufficient resource guarantee capability, and products with low value-added. Recommendations include strengthening systematic investigation and evaluation, enhancing the capacity for resource guarantee, promoting high-quality utilization of siliceous materials, strengthening the resource utilization of metallic tailings, strengthening technological innovation through industry-academia collaboration, and encouraging the deep processing of high value-added products to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial clusters. Henan Province’s siliceous material industry has a solid foundation but requires resource integration, technological innovation, and industrial coordination to overcome bottlenecks. Establishing a comprehensive evaluation system spanning “geological prospecting-process mineralogy research-beneficiation testing-analytical testing-product quality assessment” will drive the industry toward high-end and intelligent transformation. By seizing opportunities in new energy and semiconductor sectors, Henan Province could transition from a traditional raw material supplier to a high-end silicon-based manufacturing hub, establishing a leading national high-purity quartz industrial base to bolster China’s strategic emerging industries.
