煤炭资源供需分析及开发利用研究进展

    • 摘要: 分析当前形势下全球和我国煤炭供需情况,展望我国采煤、选煤和煤系共伴生矿产开发利用发展趋势。通过系统分析全球和我国煤炭供应情况、消费特征,研判全球和我国煤炭市场发展方向,本文深入分析我国采煤、选煤和煤系共伴生矿产开发利用现状,总结当前面临的主要问题,提出在产业结构、理论、技术装备等方面的发展方向。研究结果表明,在供需方面,当前全球煤炭产量呈显著增长态势,其中亚太地区产量占比近80%,全球煤炭消费再创新高,呈区域分化格局,发展中国家增长明显,发达经济体持续推进煤炭退出进程,未来可能历经短期维持高位震荡、逐渐步入供需平衡、最终走向结构性衰退的发展过程。我国煤炭产业集中度进一步增强,消费量正处于高位震荡阶段,今后我国应着力于保障供需弹性和解决区域供需矛盾等。在开发利用发面,我国采煤和选煤行业面临产能结构失衡、理论创新不足、干法选煤技术亟待突破、智能化水平有待提高等问题,提出应在产业结构调整、理论创新、技术装备研发、工艺体系升级、智能化建设等方面加大力度;煤系共伴生矿产资源需解决产业政策不完善、顶层设计不健全、综合利用术不先进等问题,建议在构建全产业链开发体系、加强基础科研攻关、开发精细化综合利用技术、完善矿业权管理制度等方面推动综合利用进程。

       

      Abstract: This paper analyses the global and domestic coal supply-demand under the current situation and looks forward to the development trend of coal mining, coal preparation and coal-bearing series co-associated minerals development and utilization in China. By analyzing of the global and domestic coal supply-demand characteristics, development direction, and then this paper sums up the current situation of coal mining, coal preparation and coal-bearing series coal-associated minerals in China. Based on the main issues faced, proposes development directions in terms of industrial structure, theories, and technological equipment. The results show that in terms of supply and demand, the current global coal production is showing a significant growth trend, of which the Asia-Pacific region accounts for nearly 80%, the global coal consumption has reached a new high, showing a regional differentiation pattern, developing countries have grown significantly, on the contrary, developed economies continue to promote the process of coal withdrawal. The concentration of Chinese coal industry has been further enhanced, and the consumption is in a high shock stage. In the future, China should focus on ensuring the elasticity of supply-demand and solving the contradiction between regional supply-demand. In terms of development and utilization, domestic coal mining and coal preparation industry is facing problems such as unbalanced production capacity structure, insufficient theoretical innovation, dry coal preparation technology unadvanced, and intelligence level should be improved. It is proposed that efforts should be made in industrial structure adjustment, theoretical innovation, technology and equipment research and development, clean and low-carbon utilization, process system upgrading, and intelligent construction. It is necessary to solve the problems of imperfect industrial policy, imperfect top-level design, and unadvanced comprehensive utilization technology of coal measure co-associated mineral resources. This paper suggests to promote the process of comprehensive utilization in terms of building a whole industry chain development system, strengthening basic scientific research, developing refined comprehensive utilization technologies, and improving the management system of mining rights.
