国内外铁矿资源利用状况及发展趋势研究

    • 摘要: 铁矿作为全球工业发展的基础性资源,其高效利用与可持续发展对保障钢铁产业安全具有重大战略意义。通过系统梳理全球铁矿资源禀赋特征及开发利用现状,重点分析我国铁矿资源在开采、选矿及资源综合利用领域的关键技术瓶颈及未来发展趋势,为我国铁矿资源的高效开发提供参考。研究结果表明,在资源禀赋方面,全球铁矿资源分布极不均衡,形成生产与消费显著分离的格局,我国储量丰富但资源禀赋较差,2023年矿山开工率较低,中小型矿山数量占比大,资源利用效率差异显著;开采技术方面,智能化转型取得阶段性进展,但在核心装备自主化和全流程集成方面仍存在差距,深部开采技术的发展需重点聚焦于连续开采、灾害防控及膏体充填等关键技术;在选矿技术领域,当前铁矿选矿技术已形成以联合分选工艺为主导的发展格局,未来选矿技术发展将聚焦联合选矿工艺开发与智能决策系统集成,实现全流程参数的实时采集与协同优化;资源综合利用方面,工艺优化和资源利用率方面仍存在提升空间,未来需重点开发共伴生元素绿色高效分选技术和尾矿低成本建材制备与高附加值转化技术。我国铁矿资源开发应着力推进智能化、绿色化转型,通过优化开发模式,加强关键技术研发,构建资源高效开发-工艺协同优化-综合利用提升体系,实现资源高效利用与矿业可持续发展,为钢铁工业的绿色低碳发展提供资源保障。

       

      Abstract: Iron ore, as a fundamental strategic resource for global industrial development, plays a pivotal role in ensuring the security and sustainable growth of the steel industry through its efficient utilization. This paper systematically reviews the endowment characteristics and utilization status of global iron ore resources, with a focused analysis on the key technological bottlenecks and future development trends in mining, beneficiation, and comprehensive utilization of China’s iron ore resources. The findings provide valuable references for promoting efficient exploitation of China’s iron ore resources. The results indicate significant global uneven in iron ore resource distribution, forming a pattern of significant separation between production and consumption. China possesses abundant reserves but suffers from poor resource endowment, with low mine operating rates in 2023 and a high proportion of small and medium-sized mines, exhibiting marked disparities in resource utilization efficiency. In mining technology, intelligent transformation has achieved phased progress, yet gaps persist in core equipment localization and full process integration. The development of deep mining technologies requires focused breakthroughs in continuous mining, hazard prevention, and paste backfilling. In iron ore beneficiation technology, a development paradigm dominated by combined separation processes has been established. Future development will focus on the integration of combined beneficiation processes and intelligent decision-making systems, enabling real-time parameter acquisition and coordinated optimization throughout the entire process. In comprehensive resource utilization, there remains potential for improvement in process optimization and resource utilization. Future development should prioritize breakthroughs in green and efficient separation technologies for associated elements, as well as cost-effective building material preparation and high-value conversion technologies for tailings. The development of China’s iron ore resources should focus on promoting intelligent and green transformation. By optimizing development mode, enhancing research and development of key technologies, and establishing a efficient development of resources - collaborative optimization of processes-comprehensive utilization promotion system, it aims to achieve efficient resource utilization and sustainable mining development, thereby providing resource security for the green and low-carbon advancement of the steel industry.
