多工艺自动化钻机的研发与应用

    Research and application of multi process automated drilling rig

    • 摘要: 针对传统地质钻机存在的工艺适应性不足、自动化水平较低等技术瓶颈,本文研制了一种车载式多工艺自动化钻机。该设备集成了无循环取样、空气潜孔锤和冲洗液取芯钻进工艺,并通过创新研发多工艺动力头,钻杆自动化处理系统及数字化操控技术,实现了覆盖层快速取样(高效空气钻进支撑实时地球化学分析以圈定异常)与岩矿层精准取芯(冲洗液钻进为资源储量评估提供关键实物)的协同作业。在河北张家口、内蒙古赤峰等典型覆盖区的示范应用中,钻机关键性能指标(钻深能力、钻杆处理系统可靠性、钻进参数采集精度等)均达到设计要求,为覆盖区战略性矿产勘查的快速突破提供了高效技术装备支撑。

       

      Abstract: In response to the technical bottlenecks of insufficient process adaptability and low automation level of traditional geological drilling rigs, this paper develops a vehicle mounted multi process automated drilling rig. This device integrates non circulating sampling, air down the hole hammer, and flushing fluid coring drilling processes, and through innovative research and development of multi process power heads, drill pipe automation processing systems, and digital control technology, achieves collaborative operations of rapid sampling of cover layers (efficient air drilling supports real-time geochemical analysis to delineate anomalies) and precise coring of rock and mineral layers (flushing fluid drilling provides key physical objects for resource reserve assessment). In the demonstration applications of typical coverage areas such as Zhangjiakou in Hebei and Chifeng in Inner Mongolia, the key performance indicators of drilling rigs (drilling depth capability, reliability of drill pipe processing system, accuracy of drilling parameter collection, etc.) have all met the design requirements, providing efficient technical equipment support for the rapid breakthrough of strategic mineral exploration in coverage areas.
