我国再生铝冶炼低碳企业生产全过程碳排放关键节点识别

    Key nodes identification of carbon emission throughout the production process of low-carbon enterprises in China’s recycled aluminum smelting industry

    • 摘要: 为了更好地助力我国再生金属冶炼行业实现“双碳”目标,本文以再生铝行业为研究对象,针对代表性企业开展深入调研,获取了相关碳排放数据,并系统识别了再生铝火法冶炼工艺中的碳排放关键节点。同时,通过对不同企业的碳排放水平进行对比分析,揭示了行业内的差异性与优化潜力。基于调研结果,本文提出了针对我国再生铝冶炼企业的减排建议,旨在推动企业积极应用低碳技术、实施低碳改造、优化能源资源配置,并进一步履行社会责任,为行业绿色转型和可持续发展提供科学指导。

       

      Abstract: In order to better assist China’s recycled metal smelting industry in achieving the “dual carbon” goal, this paper takes the recycled aluminum industry as the research object, conducts in-depth research on representative enterprises, obtains relevant carbon emission data, and systematically identifies key carbon emission nodes in the pyrometallurgical process of recycled aluminum. Meanwhile, by comparing and analyzing the carbon emission levels of different enterprises, the differences and optimization potential within the industry are revealed. Based on the research results, this paper proposes emission reduction suggestions for China’s recycled aluminum smelting enterprises, aiming to promote the active application of low-carbon technologies, implement low-carbon transformation, optimize energy and resource allocation, and further fulfill social responsibilities, providing scientific guidance for the industry’s green transformation and sustainable development.
