湿法炼锌中氧化锌烟尘碱洗脱氟氯的实践研究

    Practical research on fluorine and chlorine removal from zinc oxide dust by alkali washing in hydrometallurgical zinc extraction

    • 摘要: 本文针对湿法炼锌过程中氧化锌烟尘碱洗脱氟氯工艺展开系统研究,旨在解决氟氯杂质对工艺稳定性和产品质量的危害问题。湿法炼锌作为全球锌冶炼的主流工艺,其核心挑战在于氧化锌烟尘中氟(F)、氯(Cl)含量超标,导致设备腐蚀、锌铝粘连、生产成本上升及环境污染等问题。通过优化碱洗脱氟氯工艺,结合实验研究与案例分析,为湿法炼锌行业的绿色可持续发展提供了新的技术路径。

       

      Abstract: This paper conducts a systematic research on the process of removal fluorine and chlorine from zinc oxide dust by alkali washing in the hydrometallurgical zinc extraction process, aiming to address the harm of fluorine and chlorine impurities to the process stability and product quality. As the mainstream process for global zinc smelting, the core challenge of hydrometallurgical zinc extraction lies in the excessive content of fluorine(F) and chlorine(Cl) in zinc oxide fume, which leads to problems such as equipment corrosion, adhesion of zinc and aluminum, increased production costs, and environmental pollution. By optimizing the alkali washing process for removing fluorine and chlorine, and combining experimental research with case analysis, this study provides a new technical path for the green and sustainable development of the hydrometallurgical zinc extraction industry.
